Our rates are seasonal, and range from $250 to $325 per night, based on double occupancy. Rates are slightly higher when occupied by more than two people. New York State sales tax of 8.875% is charged on stays of one to six nights. There is no tax on longer stays.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee a reservation.
